Ms. Tennessee Corporate America Application

Competition Guidelines:

• Must be between the ages of 30 - 65 by April 1 of the competition year

• Must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident

• Be a natural born female

• Can be single or married

• Be a corporate professional or business owner with 5 years of professional experience

• Minimum of 2 years of community service involvement within the past 5 years

• Contestants must reside with the state of Tennessee.

• Title winner to State and National winner must agree that she will not participate in any other competitions during the time she holds the titles unless authorized in writing by the Ms. Corporate America competition.

• Must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against the Ms. Tennessee & Ms. Corporate America competition, its parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and assigns, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the state and national competition. This includes use in promotional and advertising material.

• Must understand and agree that the Ms. Tennessee & Ms. Corporate America competition shall determine all issues as to eligibility to compete in competition. Candidates must agree to abide by that determination both as to themselves and other applicants.

• Applicants must not use or consume any illegal or controlled substances or abuse the use of alcohol or other dangerous substances.

• Applicants must be in good health physically and mentally and must be able to perform the professional responsibilities if selected as the winner. Applicants must have no past or present association with the adult entertainment or publishing industries.

• All selected candidates must choose a package, in order to compete in the state competition. The entry fee can be paid by the candidate or can be sponsored by the candidate’s company. Candidates may also seek support from business associates, family, and friends.
